Our PhilosophY
Like most investors, we were first attracted to Real Estate as an investment because of its high-return potential. As we began to build our business, however, it became clear that to get better at what we do, our primary goal needed to be delivering a good product to the market. In other words, we believe that the key to long-term success is improving the communities we invest in through ethical acquisition, thoroughgoing renovation, and ultimately the providing of high-quality, affordable housing to those in need of it.

Jorden House-Hay
Co-Founder
Jorden is a former data analytics professional who most recently worked at Wayfair’s corporate headquarters in Boston. After taking time off to travel and pursue other interests which include private investing, writing, and language learning, he moved from Munich, Germany to Denver, Colorado where he now works full-time as a real estate entrepreneur.
Alex Bloom
Co-founder
Alex is a former financial consultant, long-time investor, and committed enthusiast of financial freedom and personal development. He grew up around real estate and was always impressed with its value as an investment, an admiration that happily became a profession with the launch of the company. In his free time, Alex loves to stay active and travel as much as possible.
